Do you offer refunds?
When we have received and processed your return we will refund your payment using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Normally the return will be processed within 3 days from the time we have received the product.
The refund also includes and potential shipping cost you paid if you used the standard shipping alternative. Please, send us your shipping label photos.

Can I change a product?
If you want to change your product, please contact our customer service for a code for free shipping on your new order.
